Payments are made via BACS transfer only

To secure the booking, Walkers Caravan Minehead require a deposit of £75 only

A £150 Security bond is required, which is returned following a satisfactory inspection of the caravan, after your stay

The remainder of the booking payment and £150 Security Bond is required no later than six weeks before the booking commences; six calendar weeks before the start date of your booking

You can pay the booking payment in instalments (if you wish) if the total is received no later than six weeks before the booking commences

If full payment is not received by the agreed date (six weeks before the arrival date), the booking will be cancelled and the full deposit will not be refunded

Please ensure any damage found and or caused is reported immediately, otherwise you may be liable for any remedial costs incurred

In relation to 'cancellations by the owner’ which are affected by holiday park wide closures, please refer to the ‘non-essential travel guidance’ by the Government @ www.gov.uk

Butlins operate a policy in respect of contagious diseases; if Butlins have reasonable grounds for suspicion of guests having a contagious disease the respective party will be required to leave the resort - there is no compensation for such action (by Butlins) - we therefore strongly advise that guests take out appropriate travel insurance to cover such events as outlined above
